Costs

The MSU Travel Clinic does not bill insurance. Payment for your appointment is due the day of service by cash, check, or debit/credit card. Beginning May 1, 2023, only debit/credit card payments will be accepted.  If you have concerns about using a debit/credit card for payment, please call our office at (517) 353-3161.  The Clinic will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance if your insurance carrier covers travel related healthcare visits.

15 Minutes $35.00

30 Minutes $50.00

45 Minutes (average appointment time) $75.00

60 Minutes $95.00

Family Consultation $150.00

Appointment time is based on a number of factors such as the country or countries you are traveling to, your medical history, and recommended vaccines.

It is not possible for us to provide an exact cost of your consultation until your appointment is complete. The average cost is usually between $75 and $95.

Missed Appointment Fee (No Show Fee)

A 24-hour notice for all cancellations is requested.

You may be charged a $25.00 no show charge if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours.
