Family Travel Consultations

In order to better serve families traveling with young (under 18 years of age) children, we are now offering family travel consultations.

About the Travel Clinic

The Travel Clinic promotes safe and healthy travel by providing counseling to travelers about appropriate vaccines and preventive medication.

The Travel Clinic utilizes national and international travel expertise to provide current travel information and recommendations. The Clinic is a designated Yellow Fever vaccine site. The Clinic health care providers are certified by the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).

How Do I Schedule an Appointment?

Travelers are seen by appointment only. Before coming to your appointment you are required to complete the Travel Vaccine Planner. A completed Travel Vaccine Planner will help the health care provider quickly determine the information they need to provide to you regarding your travel and the vaccines you need. Obtain complete information about planning for your appointment.

Who Can Use The Travel Clinic

The Clinic provides information, immunizations, medications, and consultation for adult and child travelers.

The MSU Travel Clinic does not bill insurance. Payment for your appointment is due the day of service by cash, check, or credit. The Clinic will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance if your insurance carrier covers travel related healthcare visits. View lists of costs for consultations and immunizations.

The MSU Travel Clinic's mission is to promote safe and healthy travel by providing preventive medicines, vaccines, and health counseling to a diverse group of travelers.
