Other travelers pay for the office visit, immunizations and medications. Faculty members should provide a departmental account number if a department will be paying for their appointment.
Please be prepared to pay for services at the time of your appointment. Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card. We will provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please be aware most insurance companies do not cover travel vaccines.
A 24-hour notice for all cancellations is required or there will be a $15.00 no show charge.
Important Note: Due to vaccine delivery shortage for single dose Yellow Fever Vaccine, beginning December 26th, 2007 the cost of the yellow fever vaccine will increase to $85. The yellow fever vaccine will only be administered in group clinics after your initial travel consultation. Please plan ahead and call the Travel Clinic office at 353-3161 to obtain the dates and times of the clinics.
